Mainspring GNL Insecticide Learning Module

Mainspring can be used in:

• Propagation: Apply foliar spray 7 days after stick once mist allows spray applications to dry.
• Early in Growing Stage: Apply two foliar sprays on a 14-day interval to keep young plants clean of insect pests.
• During the Growing Stage: Apply as a drench once plants have rooted into their container. (Example: Poinsettia production apply 1-2 weeks after pinch).
• Hanging Baskets: Apply as a drench once plants are rooted in (2-3 weeks after transplanting liners) or before plants are suspended in the greenhouse.
• Perennial crops: Apply as a spray as needed when pest pressure is starting
